The Company, which currently has a primary listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Victor Semionov as a director, effective from 13 May 2010. Victor Semionov (32) graduated in 1999 with a major in finance from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and started his career in the Financial Advisory practice of Deloitte in Romania and Moldova where he was involved in more than 30 transactions including acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, fund raising and sales of distressed or expanding businesses with an aggregate transactions value in excess of Euro7 billion. Mr Semionov co-founded NEPI in 2007 and has been a director of the Investment Advisor (NEPI Investment Management Limited) since.

The Company advises further that Martin Slabbert has been designated as Chief Executive Officer and Victor Semionov has been designated as Financial Director of NEPI. Both Mr Slabbert and Mr Semionov will fulfil their executive roles pursuant to the Investment Advisory Agreement with the external Investment Advisor. Save for the information disclosed above there is no other information falling to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
