New Europe Property Investments PLC ("the Company")
The Company is pleased to announce that further to the notifications sent to placees last week, €27.8 million has been received by the Company and 13,917,800 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company have been issued. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 21 December 2007.
